Look better? but why not emphasis on better turban style that suits you rather getting hair trimmed. ancient people tied their juraa in centre of head rather than opening hair for tying turban. The video you saw is again from someone who is style conscious rather....?

No, Sikhs shall not cut their hair (Trim). What is the difference between trimming and cutting the hair. Do we have any code for trimming. I feel one who trims may even not mind getting them cut as its just bit more of trimming.

SSA Ji, I am posting for the first time. So please pardon my mistakes.

After the assassination of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib; Guru Gobind Singh Ji asked his sikhs that during assassination of my father what was the reaction of Sikhs standing there. Answer was: they all ran away because of fear that some one may identify them as Sikhs of Guru Tegh Bahadur and punish them as well.

At that time Guru Gobind Singh Ji said that I would create a Khalsa who would be recognized in even huge crowd of people; and would have a different Identity. My Sikh would be brave and distinct than others; that was the reason hair were said to be grown.

Please pardon me if I am wrong. I just read this some where...

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa; Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh..
