Hi I am doing a paper on Sikhism and I am interested in getting the feedback from the community on what their daily practice looks like. I have looked at sources online but I am more interested in writing about personal responses from the community and how they go about their own day to day (especially from different cultures such as East and West). I am not interested in speculation, I am more interested in Your day to day schedule, and if you have a personally adopted practice, tell me a little bit about why. for simplicity try to segment your daily practice (Early morning, morning, noon...) but otherwise, whatever you have to say I will be grateful to read about.
