Route is connected From the third eye to the Dasam Dwar. It is more fortunate if bliss is felt & sometimes the entire meditation is full of bliss (Anand as described in Bani of Anand Sahib). meditation is so blissful that your meditation can last for entire night you shall be unawre of how the time passed this will make you full of positive energy. If some kind of flash light is also seen in the third eye area then you are blessed by Waheguru the creator. Have full faith and concentrate more on simran. |
