2012-03-05 18:47:23 -0500 | asked a question | 'Namdhari Sikhs' Is there any justification for what Namdhari Sikhs believe in? I knew little of them so did a bit of research, and they believe Guru Gobind Singh Ji actually lived well into the 1800s and passed on the Guruship to another Singh, leaving Namdhari Sikhs to presently believe in a living Guru. The 'facts' they provided seemed a little vague and inconclusive to me, with the basis being that Guru Nanak Dev Ji stating a prophecy of there being 14 Gurus? Can anyone shed some light on this? I have always grown up accepting Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji so it is a little confusing that many would continue to believe in a so called living Guru. |

I've always been fascinated by this subject. 1) When Kal Yuga ends, does the cycle restart? 2) What is the purpose of these ages? 3) Do they reflect how the Universe is changing/evolving? 4) Why has the Universe gone through these shifts in consciousness/truth? |
