2016-02-10 17:21:55 -0500 | asked a question | Which is the right religion? I often get asked,"Well how do you know Sikhism is the right religion, maybe one of these small religions that no one hears about is the right religion, what makes you think yours is?" How should i respond to this and how would you respond to this? |
2016-02-06 07:18:25 -0500 | commented answer | Embracing sikhism in secondary school Thank you for that |
2016-02-03 15:29:32 -0500 | answered a question | women and men A man will only care for a woman if he is truly in love with her, so if you have seen examples where the male doesnt care for the woman he doesnt want to be with her and it is his fault for starting a relationship in which he didnt care for his partner. Not all men are the same though, some simply do not care and treat women as tools where some men find the 'special one' and put all of their time and effort into her |

2016-01-25 14:25:41 -0500 | asked a question | Amrit and judgement From one of the basics of Sikhi videos on youtube he mentioned that we would be judged by Waheguru as soon as we die for our thoughts, actions and words. I have also heard that once you have taken Amrit all of your sins are washed away. So when I die will Waheguru judge me on my sins that I had committed before Amrit or not? |

2016-01-23 12:13:42 -0500 | asked a question | Embracing sikhism in secondary school The past couple of months i have started growing closer and closer to sikhism, i have given up meat, started to listen to gurbani much more and so on. The only problem is i go to a school that is located very far from my house and takes me about 1 and 1/2 hours on the bus to get there. i get up around 6am and get back home for about 6pm. This makes it very difficult to practice my daily paath as if i did it leaves me very little time to do my homework and revise for any tests. How would you advise i could get around that? Also, could you give me any tips on what i need to do to become 'a better sikh' and get closer to waheguru. Thank you |
