I have come to learn that meditation comes through tapping into the energy of neutrality. Where all you can focus on is Naam.
What are some ways to tap into that energy (and still be a pleasant human being) I have tried something and they seem to work 1) Seva (anything ie cooking for fam, cleaning without asking, trying to cultivate love and compassion for ones around me) 2) reading bani What are some other activities that can help accelerate neutrality of the mind.
