Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa waheguru Ji ke fateh

Hi I've been a germphob for quite some time, and recently my family got a dog know I'm confused a bit.

I wash my hands quite a lot now, And I don't want them to get bad like they did before.

Like the dog eats meat and stuff and I do want to play with it but is just washing my hands enough if I want to do path, if the dog touches my clothes and I want to go gurdwara shall I change my clothes ?

Also am I allowed to touch meat, to feed it?
