What is the meaning of "960 million Khalsa"

Today there are around 30 million Sikhs in the world and more than 100 million people in the world have faith in Guru Nanak and bows to Sri Guru Granth Sahib. Many new people are knowing Sikhism and some of them get baptised to become Khalsa of Guru Gobind Singh(I know that getting baptised is only a step in becoming Khalsa actually its the Sadhna which makes you a pure person but getting baptised is also a blessing).

So if we see today that 30 million Sikhs from which there might be around 3 million Khalsa on this earth. Now in future we believe that there will be 960 million Khalsa of Guru Gobind Singh not just pure people but people with bana also.

Today there are around 8 billion people on this earth out of which 2.3 billion are Christians and 1.4 billion are Muslims. So if we say that there will be 960 million Khalsa then when we will reach 960 million mark then Khalsa will stop increasing or people will still increase in becoming Sikhs of Guru Nanak or Sehajdhari Sikhs not actually Khalsa with bana but just with bani or awareness of Sikhism will keep on increasing?.
