I told my friend to take a hukamnama regarding her boyfriend whom she wishes to marry. It was Ang 786 Shalok ,Third mehl

In the starting it seems like the answer is No but as we go further it kind of says yes to the marriage. I don't know I am just guessing. What do you people think?
