I‘m 15 years old and I always pray 3 times (Nitnem, Rehraas, sohila) I mastrubated often but than I stopped and promised waheguru I won’t do it again but I did. Then I said in my ardaas guru if I do it again my life should be very bad but today I did it too. I did stop before you know but I did think about it and my hand was there. I don’t know if Waheguru will forgive me this time and what i should do.
