I was wondering if you are allowed to bring animal products home such as eggs,meat, and so on if you have a gutka sahib at home?

I am trying to understand your question. Are you asking if you have Gutka Sahib in your home can you have non-veg food in the house? I don't see the connection. Having this or that food in the house has nothing to do with disrespect of Gurbani.
