The Gurdwara Sahib that I go to has started a new ritual. After the Ardaas and Hukmnama , just prior to serving the Karah Parshad, the Secretary goes on stage and asks the Sadh Sangat to say Gurfateh to the Panj Pyare. He says as follows: 'Aao hun asi Panjan Pyarean nu fateh bulayie; Bhai Dhaya Singh Ji Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh(WJKK WJKF). Bhai Dharam Singh Ji, WJKK WJKF, Bhai Himmat Singh Ji WJKK WJKF, Bhai Mokham Singh Ji WJKK WJKF, Bhai Sahib Singh Ji WJKK WJK F". The whole Sadh Sangat is asked to say Fateh to the Panj Pyare. Only after this ritual is observed, the Karah Parshad is served.

My questions : Is this in accordance with Gurmat and Rehat Maryada ?

There is absolutely no problem in giving a call to the Sadh Sangat to say Gurfateh to the Panj Pyare. After all the Panj Pyares were the first Khalsas and they are deeply loved by the Tenth Master.

When an Amrit Abhilakhi gets baptized he/she bows before the Panj Pyares if that is in accordance with the Gurmat, so, what's wrong if you are asked to say Gurfateh to them after the Ardas and Hukmnama.
