God question
It says in gurbani that god is alone so I was wondering what does god do since he is alone up there? I asked one of the granthis at my gurdwara but he said only god could answer my question. Thank you in advance.

I can go through depths of this. but i won't because ultimately even the most excellent gyani won't be able to know god 100 percent. You can only experience it
There is no god up there. God is a creative being who is the ultimate truth. God is a power that controls the universe. Yet each of us are little parts of him/her (genderless) we were manifested from a creative being. He pervades in all yet he watches over all. he can take someone's form but doesn't have to. He is formless. jaap sahib explains god (you should try it)
The more i say the less it is.
Thinking too much about God, religion, spirituality, etc. is also not good enough because this will ultimately lead to unnecessary pressure on the brains.
"waheguru ji ka khalsa,waheguru ji ki fateh." God is said to be alone because no one is of his measure.He is the ultimate power.otherwise ,it is also written in gurbani that god resides in everything, even in nanoscopic subatomic particles.We all "aatmas" are small parts of that "param-aatma".So,always feel god moving along with you.Neither he is alone nor you are. If anything in this answer offended you,i'm sorry for that.
