Rituals are condemned and yet are to be practiced?

(forgive my lack of correct terminology, I am still learning a lot about this religion) I thought rituals, superstitions etc. are condemned. And there are rituals one is suppose to perform daily and otherwise? (For example: you are not suppose to fast, pilgrimage but you are suppose to recite daily prayers?)

In this video, Guruka Singh explains rituals. You are right, we don't perform rituals in Sikhism. Performing our daily prayers is not a ritual. Hopefully after you watch the video it makes sense.
