Listening to this jaap sahib i have goosebumps everywhere even my head (temples area) and shoulder and the whole spine area and it makes me way to overwhelmed and a bit scared at how overwhelming that was.
And i dont even understand half of it.
What is normal? Your experience is beautiful. It is uniquely yours. Be blessed and be grateful for that blessing. Maharaj Ji's bani is powerful. He has reached out and touched you through this sound current. What could be wrong? Waheguru!

thank you for the reassurance, generally this happens to me a lot nowadays (asa di vaar (i get more happy and at peace), japji sahib (bliss, and feel emotionally independent) and now jaap sahib( overwhelmed, don't even know what to say) ) (after being a proper manmukh , hearing such wisdom is overwhelming that i get goosebumps) but i like it. skeptical side tries to give me logical explanations, but it must be that guru ji's pure shabads have touched me, even a proper manmukh like me .
