There is no need for talismans and they will not help you. Do Naam Simran during the day and meditate in the following manner at least twice a day:

Sit still with a straight spine and your eyes closed.Bring the palms together in prayer pose, thumbs pressing the sternum. Chant out loud in a clear strong voice for at least 7 minutes:
