What must i do if i take Amrit?
Once i have taken amrit what will i have to there onwards. I am aware of doing paath 5 times a day but not sure on anything else?

The Panj Piyaare will instruct you. Fall in love with your kakkars. Live righteously and obey the kurihets. Rise early bathe,exercise, stretch and meditate. Complete your banis in a reverant and loving way. Work hard and live to serve only Maharaj Ji and the Sangat.
