is it necessary for an amritdhari girl to keep her head cover alwaz?

kindly tell me if it really mandatory to cover head after amritpaan. is it not allowed that one wears panj kakaar but do not cover head all the tym and can also wear jeans or any other decent western clothing or saree etc.

Saree is very much allowed. Sikhism doesn't stops any Sikh woman from wearing a Saree. But that doesn't mean you cover your head but reveal your cleavage. Yes, nice decent Saree that covers your entire body is O.K

It is good to cover head all the time but its is not a punishment if you feel some time to take relax at home.but while eating and reciting gurbani it is necessary to cover head.sari is not allowed .if you have to go sepecial funtion u can do light makeup too. Sikhi is not a punishment to girls or kids too. Kids have to play games too.

An Amritdhari Sikh men as well as women are supposed to cover their heads all the time and wear those clothes which do not expose or reveal their bodies. Rest 5 Kakkars has to be there but there is no particular dress code for the Sikhs.
