is it a good thing to cry listening to bani (very strange, not painful tears but just like in awe) but after I feel very strange (i guess being self judgmental) and would never share this with anyone in real life. is it just depression or is it a connection.

does anyone else experience it frequently?

(I think I even know the answer to my own question, but I guess I wanna know what someone else says)
