thank you, :) but sometimes when it actually happens I won't remember what you just said above, everything is blank, it just does and it lasts about 10 minutes , but the after effects are bad because it leaves me feeling hopeless. maybe I need a simran bead necklace, as soon as the panic attack begins, i need to start doing simran. thanks again

realise that there is nothing to panic about meditate on naam and focus from within remove your fears and find love.
love conquers all.
Ja tu mera val hai ta kya mohe shanda"

recite this shabad and your fear shall depart.
