Bro it is very hard to overcome watching pornography and masturbation. You wont be able to do it your self, only through Guru Ji. So do naam simran, path and sewa.

Yes, Ji. Husband and wife is a special relationship. I believe Bhenji meant to say, other than wife we look at the opposite sex as sibling, parent or child, not as objects of lust.
