Had a realization that i have a bit of a perfectionist attitude which is the main root of anxiety (as pressure from others only exacerbates it) Give u guys a few examples i woke up to do bani and did only half (because i didn't feel the raas, because i want that perfect raas ) Raas i am referring to the bliss when connecting to god. i want to sing simran loud before bani but can'tbecause i think my fam will be disturbed or make fun of me :/ so i feel very unhappy all day long. I want to be able to pronounce the bani properly but my punjabi skills are handicapped .
These things make me unhappy, how do you dea l with this guys? How do u overcome it

Life is never perfect, there are ups and downs. For me the best way to get anand is to sing shabads with my family because I live in a half rural area and smagams don't occur here. But if your family gets disturbed go to the nearest gudwara in the mourning and sit inside and chant gods name. But the best way to get anand is to go to smagams because everyone is there for one thing, the single thing that every single living being thrives for, god. This may not be the best answer because I am only 13 years old, but I hope this helps.
