There is no such thing as too much happiness. But I am talking about REAL inner happiness, which is a constant deep flow of anand and gratitude that wells up from within and overflows to everyone whilst remaining always full.
That is the meaning of chardi kala. You feel always elevated and you are able to elevate every situation you find yourself in, simply by your presence.
To be in that state of Naam - where you see God in all - you must meditate and do simran consistently. As your discipline becomes regular, you train your brain and Naam flows with every breath.
