Sanjog Ji - First things first. Either one is a Sikh or one is not a Sikh. If you are a Sikh of the Guru, that is not up to you. The Guru chooses His Sikh, not the other way round. Once you know and begin to walk on this path, what needs to be done will unfold naturally. There are many with short hairs who are truer Sikhs in the heart, words and actions than others who dress in full bana. It is not the outward appearance that determines a Sikh. It is simply your words, your actions, your own self-discipline and your absolute trust in your Guru. All so-called "divisions" between Sikhs are meaningless. When you are called in your heart, step on the path, keep up and keep going. Let go of the things that hold you back. Let it unfold. Your journey is yours alone. Live it.
