I just seen/received from Sikhnet the necromancer badge?
Can any one tell me what the means? and in terms of Sikhi what it is as well?

When I look at the description basically it means that you woke up a "inactive" question to life by answering after the question has been inactive over 30 days.
The description said:
Answered a question more than 30 days later with at least 1 votes
It's not sikhnet team but the service answers.com own badge system.
Necromancy is usaully about raising undead. So you basically "raised" a dead question back to life. Therefore necromancy, just for fun and giggles from the answers.com team behind the system.
Necromancer, according to the internet means one who practices witchcraft, I have no idea what it means no Sikhi. Sorry
