WJKK WJKF So my (Indian female friend) likes this Indian boy who came to America just 3 months ago. They started dating despite me telling them that God, their parents, and I wouldn't approve of such.( We are teenagers.) I , in a way, forced her to leave the boy. I said that she could either stay with me or with the guy. She chose me because I am really close to her. Yet, she still likes the boy and the boy claims that they are still dating. What can I do to convince her? I don't want to her force her into any decision but I don't want her to do anything wrong. Her parents have Amrit and her dad used to have cancer. I told her that if her dad found out that they were going out, he would get anxious and have a possible stroke. WJKK WJKF

If you force/push her, she most likely won't understand why at the age of 13 there is no need for someone to be dating at that age, but its a completely normal thing at this age as well.

Don't make her choose between you or him, even though your intentions are good, it might ruin your relationship with her. If she hangs around you, then hopefully your goodness/understanding will convince her. If she's dating him, just remind her to stay in her limits.
