Report it to authorities! The police will help you. The Khalsa fights things like this, so if you want to act as guru wants you to, call the police. Don't put yourself in risk any longer. Your dad may be arrested, but it will be for the better, so don't be overly attached to him and not call the police, because the true khalsa has no worldly attachements. Though his karma will come, he needs to be stopped by either therapy or jailtime.

Pauree: One who serves the Lord with all his heart - the Lord Himself unites him with Himself. He enters into a partnership with virtue and merit, and burns off all his demerits with the fire of the Shabad. This means that to erase the evil he has done, he must sing naam and shabad, two forms of god, and feel a deep remorse that comes by guruji's kiepaa.

Ask the Panj payre to come to your house or take your dad in front of them. They are the physical form of Guru Ji, and they can help solve this problem. If you cant do this follow what God is Good said. Do ardaas and stand strong and protect your mum. All else fails move out.
