Headaches during Meditation

The strangest thing happens when I try to meditate; my head starts to hurt. It's like I feel pressure in my head for no reason. Before I have never had this feeling but now it doesn't seem to go away when I try to pray. I don't want to feel this anymore because it really interferes with my prayer and I can't concentrate properly anymore. I don't understand why this is happening to me. I really need advice.

I now found out that my concerns were not really founded in logic. It turns out that the headaches themselves were caused by my poor eating choices and lack of exercises. When I ate healthy for a day it was much better. Now the question arises is what are good food to get rid of toxins in your body.

Eat fruit before simran. Nothing un-natural. Bananas and Strawberries and Oranges are great!

I get headaches if i force my mind to concentrate, and I realised I shouldn't being forcing my mind. If your kind of pressuring your mind to concentrate then just let it loose.

Please forgive me if i said anything wrong or offesnive
