I have the worlds best dad and I love a lot but sometimes when he drinks alcohol he starts fighting with my mom and gets verbal and loud . He is a simple jolly man not an alcoholic but when he does drink the alochol takes over his mind ! I don't know what to so but it just hurts to see him like that because I know for fact that's not my dad when he acts like that! Please if you have any suggestions let me know !

I think you should try talking to him. Tell him how you feel and make him aware of what he does when he is drunk. Share your feelings with him and do tell him that you don't want him to drink, say his drinking is hurting the whole family.
I can completely understand your situation as I know of a friend who's dad acts very similar to that you described. That's all due to the influence of alcohol.
What I suggest is to talk to him and also do ardas regularly and Guru Sahib Ji will bless him. If its possible try to play Sukhmani Sahib Paath in the background at your house and let it play continuously at all times. It doesn't have to be very loud, just at a quiet level so it can be heard. This will really affect the vibrations at your house and with Guru Ji's kirpa you will be able to see the difference yourself.
