Firstly Bhagat singh,

please realise that you shouldnt genralise what you think a fact is and propogate it as the only reality. many women wear turbans and many men do aswell, though unlike women men do not have an option after taking the baptism as it is hukham from guru sahib. where as women can if they want to. there is much more in greater depth to the wjole reason behind this. but women do where turbans you just are not looking in the cvorrect place or you maybe be genralising non orthdox sikhs as the image of the khalsa which isnt true atall.

in other words just as their are faction in christianity who observe diffrent laws so are there in sikhi most sikhs today are like protestant christians observing the laws and rules that they wish when they wish, where as the orthodox groups like the nihgangs and takhsal observe the ways left by gur gobind singh intact and consequently many women where turbans as they except a stricter maryada that tells women to wear the turban.
