You will hear different opinions. Some will say always right hand. Some will say left wrist for ladies and right wrist for men (because the dominant energies of the left (moon) and right (sun) are reversed in each gender.) I say wear it on the wrist that feels best to you. Guru Ji did not give any specific instruction in this regard.
