kara removal

I am wearing a heavy steel kara for the past 5 years it has become tight and has struck on my wrists. I have some medical tests next month for which I am required to remove my kara.I have tried soap and oil but it doesn't come. It is the first time in my 50 years that a kara has struck so badly that it is not coming off using soap and oil.My kara is really heavy steel kara and it cannot we cut off . So kindly suggest me

Please talk to the medical facility and the doctor involved in your situation. If the kara must be removed and then replaced with another, that can be done, but don't try to do it yourself. It will require a power cutting tool and proper protection for your wrist and eyes.
