how to start amritvela?
Guru pyaari sangat jio, everyday when i go to gurudwara sahib, I always hear that one should get up at amritvela. I have tried many times but I am unable to make it a daily routine. I go to gurudwara sahib at 8 pm and come back at 9 30 after which I eat dinner. So basically I get free at 10 pm. So I just wanted to ask you, how to make waking up at amritvela a habit. Also if I sleep after doing my nitnem (during amritvela), as I have to go to college also, is that fine or not? Please help!
