I want to start doing waheguru Simran. What time do I have to get up in the morning? And if I do japji sahib path in the morning is that's ok? Or it has to be just waheguru Simran. Sorry I don't have much knowledge so just want to know.. How should I get it started?

Get up before sunrise . Its ok to do japji sahib in the morning. Read japji sahib then thinking of the qualities of waheguru mentioned in the japji sahib ..start the simran.

Guru jis Hukum

Dhan Guru Ramdas ji One who calls himself a Sikh of the Guru, the True Guru, shall rise in the early morning hours and meditate on the Lord's Name. Upon arising early in the morning, he is to bathe, and cleanse himself in the pool of nectar.Following the Instructions of the Guru, he is to chant the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. All sins, misdeeds and negativity shall be erased. Then, at the rising of the sun, he is to sing Gurbani; whether sitting down or standing up, he is to meditate on the Lord's Name. One who meditates on my Lord, Har, Har, with every breath and every morsel of food - that GurSikh becomes pleasing to the Guru's Mind. That person, unto whom my Lord and Master is kind and compassionate - upon that GurSikh, the Guru's Teachings are bestowed. Guru Nanak Dev ji Maharaj says, Gursikh beg for the dust of the feet of that GurSikh, who himself chants the Naam, and inspires others to chant it. ||2||

Gursikh wake up between 0:00 am - 2:30 am and start abhiyaas.. some daily rotine tips from gurmukh ji

  1. Suggestion: Amrit Vela → Wake up Amrit Vela → do Gurmat Ishanan → do Sri Jap ji Sahib , Sri Jaap Sahib → 2,5 h Saas Graas Simran with Mool Manter (those who didnt have bow to Guru ji - are not Amritdhari, should read Gurbani) → do Tav Parsad, Chopai Sahib, Sri Anand Sahib → Rest

2.Suggestion: Amrit Vela → Wake up Amrit Vela → do Gurmat Ishanan → 2,5 h Saas Graas Simran with Mool Manter (those who didnt have bow to Guru ji- are not Amritdhari, should read Gurbani) → 5 Baania Jap ji Sahib, Jaap Sahib, Tave parsad, Chopai Sahib and Anand Sahib → Rest

3.Suggestion: Amrit Vela (once 5 baania are Kanth) → Wake up Amrit Vela → do Gurmat Ishanan → Sri Asa Dir Vaar Paath → 2,5 h Saas Graas Simran with Mool Manter (those who didnt have bow to Guru ji - are not amritdhari, should read Gurbani) → if there is still concentration 5 Baania, if not take a rest. I personally take a rest, because I have noticed that after Naam Abhiyaas my Body need a rest. → 5 Baania after rest (I personally read/sing 5 Baania while getting ready, if I have less time. If I have time, I read them while sitting)
