Hello,

I would like to know what opinion does Sikhism have on abortion ? Would your opinion change if the situation was dealing with a rape case, or the life of the mother in danger?

Abortion is not allowed according Gurmat - even in a rape case, or the life of the mother is in danger. For my understanding what I have learned from Gursikhs, there is no diffrence between abortion and killing someone.
