An example of an anti-acne ingredient would be salicylic acid, which is found in a lot of acne cleansers/products. Of course, you always want to make sure you don't have an allergy to something new before you try it and check with your doctor. Also, try to keep acne areas clean and dry and avoid wearing sweaty clothes. If you're into the ayurvedic stuff, you may want to search online for anti-pimple packs that are made with turmeric. You could go to the doctor and yea drink lots of water :-D
