gurmukhi to english font

Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh

I have a original somporan kirtan sohela gurbani in gurmukhi language , I want to convert it into English so that I can read it daily , actually I donot know gurmukhi. Can anybody tell me how to convert gurmukhi to English or do anybody have original samporan kirtan sohela in English with or without meaning.help please.Sorry if I caused offence that was not my intention. i apologise in advance for any mistakes or sins.
