In a sikhnet video ... Guruka Singh says men's who limit women e:g shouldn't be panj pyaaray etc do it for their own personal agendas using rationalisation ...?? What does he mean personal agendas and rationalisation?

This is "he" Our Gurus never singled out women for exclusion from any Dharmic activities. Culture, politics, prejudices and fears have led those who currently create policy on these matters to exclude women from kirtan, ishnaan seva, etc. in Darbar Sahib. Even to the extent that when Prashad is served, no women are served among the first five even if they are sitting in line with the men at the jangala sahib. These absurd policies will end as the younger generation takes over the leadership from the old politicos.
