Kundalini yoga and wearing white
Dee one, why does kundalini yoga taught by y.b encourages to wear white at the time of yoga and not any other colour ?

White and black are not colors. White is the sum of all colors. Black is the absence of any color. When you place a prism in white sunlight it shows you all the colors contained within the white light. Practically speaking, wearing white expands your body's electromagnetic field by 1-9 feet in all directions. It gives you power, peace and projection, not just when doing yoga, but anytime and anyplace. It is a universal principle. Of course, you have to do more laundry ;-)

Poor reasoning. Gurbani also does not tell us to brush our teeth, which we do anyway! God is indeed within all colors and beyond all colors. I was merely giving the practical reasons why I wear white. No one said it is a requirement. It is a tool.
