What do YOU think he means? Anger, one of the five extremes, destroys the body in many ways. Anger consumes your ability to think rationally. Anger traps your mind, traps your Infinity. Fantasy, or thinking things are what they are not, destroys the body. People act on the fantasy, and they get hurt or frustrated. They are destroying THEMSELVES. Like I mentioned in a previous reply, please ask yourself what these mean. A forum such as this cannot answer every question you have, you have to be able to answer them yourself, and see how they affect your life. It's okay to be confused, but please have faith that your OWN judgment is correct given your own life. Do you really, actually realize that Guru lives within you? Have you tried asking the Guru WITHIN? Ask YOURSELF what these mean, and then if you are still confused, feel welcome to write into this forum. But you have to do that for yourself first.
