Hello Everyone,

As per previous questions and answers (Very enlightening answer Baba Guruka Singh Ji) regarding the aspect of loneliness, if it's the path to fulfillment, should one simply just meditate on the name of Guru ji when such emotions of loneliness arise regardless?

What is everyone's thoughts and experiences?

Thanks again :)

Sat Nam,

This response is a personal experience. It's pretty weird, actually. When I meditate, I do not feel "lonely" in the sense you described. I actually feel like I belong wherever I am, even if I'm in the middle of nowhere without anyone else around. It's a really difficult feeling to describe, but you feel self-fulfilled, and very close to life. Whenever I feel as though my family, friends, roommates are "neglecting" me, I just close my eyes and see the bigger picture. It's not ME, but some external circumstance that makes me "feel" alone. I believe it's important to be able to live independently, and to be able to find happiness that is not dependent on anyone else. It makes living a whole lot easier, but it takes time and patience. It's all-consuming when the true meaning of "Ang Sang Waheguru" comes true in your reality.

Meditate whenever you want! Meditate when you feel "alone", and you will realize that you are not alone, but that your purpose at that moment is different than what you thought it was. There's God, Guru and you. How are you ever alone?

Bless you and hopefully you get more answers and experiences so you are better able to understand your own. :)
