These are things which are defined by the individual. What is self-destructive to you? Anything which pulls you down, lowers your awareness, and is generally negative towards your growth as a soul/human being. What is self undoing to you? Anything you do you yourself which makes the above things happen. There is no "list", but you have to constantly look at life and pick out those things which make you anything less than your best. You'll know when you see them in your life.
