Waheguru ji Ka khalsa Waheguru ji ke fateh

I was just wondering where you can find the Sikh rehat maryada,

I'm 18 years old and will love to become an amritdhari Sikh, I've started to learn gurmukhi, and read the panj bania, rehraas, and Kirtan sohila. I was wondering at what age did you become amritdhari.
