My husband has been cheating emotionally with someone. It is not sexual he says and only friends. But the context of their text massages suggest otherwise. I believe he is not sexually involved but what trouble me is he is emotionally involved. Is there a prayer to make our marriage strong and last a lifetime. Please help.

If you approach the situation practically it'll be helpful. He's forgotten the responsibility of being a husband and the importance of loyalty to the spouse given by Guru Ji, perhaps you should him remind him of this. Communication is key, are you able to have a indepth discussion with him on why he's talking with this women at such a emotional level? The idea is to approach it with positivity to help him overcome this weakness which will eventually lead to sorrow and suffering if he continues. Don't be afraid to address the facts as you see them, but try to be more loving and positive than harsh, I know this is easier said than done, but reciting Gurbani and doing ardas to Guru Ji can give you the strength required to deal with the situation. Don't give up or lose faith, I've seen husbands who were totally astray and now are in heights of deep spirituality with Guru Ji's blessing.
