*GURMAT BIBEK*
waheguruji ka khalsa waheguruji ki fatehji !
My question khalsa ji, is if there is any rehat or guidlines of gurmat bibek; for example the way inwhich it is to be practised.

go through the buddha dal marayada....it talks a bit about bibek. try messaging some akj's....i kmow there's a huge dispute between nihangs and akj's but a lot of them keep a bibek.
