As in guru times there no different types of underwear .there were only kaccha and superstitus like not to cut hair,wear kada,wear kirpan and showoff of to people that i am pure. i know about the 5ks but before it there were no 5ks who use to wear that . If 5ka are neccessary then guru also use to wear bana do we also have to wear bana at that time there were no pants,jeans,boxer . .....so u amritdari wear jeans, shirt,pants so if u r wearing jeans then why i can't wear boxer

You can wear whatever you like. There are people who wear Bana daily. All that is for your self-satisfaction. It is all about how one wishes to connect with Sikhi.
