Experience during meditation

I have started meditation at 4am in the morning and it has been more than a month. From 20 mins I now manage to sit for an hour easily without any trouble. I want to sit longer but somehow in the last few minutes I start to feel warm and jitter a bit and couldnt continue any longer. How should I prolong my meditation experience and what is it that I experience?

khalsa fateh ji,

meditate on just waheguru maybe with some help from a video and use headfones to amplify the experiance start really lowed untill you dont need the headfones any more or the video and can here that sound with in i personally suggest one to two hours a day.very easy if you think about it. also go on line and research simran and how to do it or find it here on sikhnet. http://www.sikhnet.com/news/how-to-meditate
