Waheguru ji ka khalsa , Waheguru ji ki fateh.

Please tell me that how some one amrit is broke .Is when someone misses his nitnem for few days or did anyone of the 4 kureits his amrit broke, then he have to retake the amrit. What Is Your View .Sorry if I caused offence that was not my intention. i apologise in advance for any mistakes or sins.

There are 4 Korehits. 1. Kutting any hair on your body (and most make an exception for medical reasons only) 2. Having premarital sex or sex outside of Marriage. 3. Taking intoxicants (again many exceptions are made for medical reasons. Like pain killers) 4. Eating meat. (Jhatka is an exeption for Nihangs. Many will tell you that if you dont do your Banis. Or if you remove any of your five K's then you are breaking your Amrit. This is not true. However it is in an AmritDhari's intention to live by these tools to the best of his/her ability.
