My Question Is During Meditation How To Focus On Crown Chaker , Dasam Duar . Is I Have To Focus On Outer Side Of The Head Or Where To Focus.What Is Your View .Sorry if I caused offence that was not my intention. i apologise in advance for any mistakes or sins.
