Do we always end up marrying the person God has chosen for us to marry? Or is this not the case always?

How will I know if I am meant to marry someone if I'm meant to marry them? What are the signs or feelings associated with this when you come across that person the first time?

Can anyone please tell me?

Yes, whatever happens in our lives is all written before. Even if a person goes through several marriages, that too is by his/er karma and Will of Waheguru
